1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the vit555 online gaming platform, accessible at https://vit555.cam and any related mobile applications or services operated by vit555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all registered users, visitors, and any other individuals who access or use any part of the Platform ("you", "User", "Player").

vit555 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. The Platform offers sports betting — including football markets such as BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League — as well as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets, live casino games, and a library of slot machine titles. All games and markets are available to eligible players in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. We recommend that you review this document periodically, as its terms may change.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, used to access games, markets, and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or matched deposit amount granted to a User by vit555 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all vit555 accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager from bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any use of the Platform that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and use of automated systems.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7, the primary time zone used for all Platform references to business hours and draw times.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction, initiated by the User, that prevents access to the Account for a specified period.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on vit555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. vit555 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 across all account registrations and will verify this through the mandatory KYC process.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
3. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on vit555 or any other gaming platform.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited under local law and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with any local laws that govern your use of the Platform.
6. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of vit555 or any of its affiliated companies.

vit555 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifetime of an Account and to suspend or close any Account that does not satisfy these criteria. Any funds in a suspended Account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our compliance procedures.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on vit555. Maintaining duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. vit555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account details provided by the User.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at the absolute discretion of vit555 at any other time, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking screen showing your name and account number).

KYC document review is completed within 48 business hours of submission. vit555 may request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed from the documents initially supplied. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds on vit555 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vit555 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata — minimum deposit Rp 25.000
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 20.000

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000. Higher amounts require prior written approval from our finance team.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. vit555 reserves the right to require matching of deposit and withdrawal channels to prevent money laundering.
• Requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Requests outside these hours may take up to 24 hours.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• vit555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. You will be notified promptly if such a review is initiated.

Deposits made in error — for example, to an incorrect bank account number supplied by the User — are not recoverable by vit555. It is your responsibility to verify all payment details before initiating a transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vit555 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives to Users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirement. All bonus funds are subject to a 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
2. Validity Period. Bonus funds must be wagered within 14 calendar days of being credited to the Account. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
3. Game Contribution Rates. Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 50%. Togel market wagers contribute 20%. Any game not listed contributes 0% unless explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
4. Maximum Bonus Bet. While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or wager placed using bonus funds is Rp 100.000. Wagers exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. One Bonus Per Household. Only one bonus of each type may be claimed per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of duplicate Accounts constitute Prohibited Activity.
6. Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The welcome deposit bonus is available to first-time depositing Users only and must be opted into before the qualifying deposit is processed. Retrospective bonus claims will not be accepted.
7. vit555 Discretion. vit555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited and wagering has commenced, the conditions in force at the time of crediting apply.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering with other Users, use of bots, or systematic low-risk hedging strategies — constitutes Prohibited Activity and may result in the immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category on vit555 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed by the system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User.
• In the event of a technical fault or data feed error that results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed for any sports betting market, vit555 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. The User will be notified via Account message within 24 hours of any such voiding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may vary by market, game, or User Account tier. vit555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets, results are based on the official published draw results of the relevant pool operator (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). vit555 is not responsible for any delay in result publication by third-party operators.
• For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studios, the game rules published by the respective studio apply alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms prevail.
• vit555 reserves the right to suspend any market or game at any time for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vit555 Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit;
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud vit555, other Users, or third-party service providers;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.

vit555 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any verified instance of fraud will be pursued through all available legal channels.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vit555 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vit555 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of vit555.

Game titles and their associated assets are the property of their respective studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and are licensed to vit555 for use on this Platform only. Any unauthorized copying or redistribution of game content is a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vit555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services;
• Any technical failure, system outage, or connectivity interruption beyond the reasonable control of vit555;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss of winnings or funds resulting from a voided wager under the circumstances described in Section 7;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

vit555's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

vit555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In particular, you acknowledge that vit555 may share your personal data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the provision of our services. vit555 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vit555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, via the email address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vit555 holds its primary gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority specified by our licensing body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your jurisdiction.
